Teafy Asamushi Sencha, or "mountain tea," is a Japanese green tea known for its delicate flavor. It's made using a strong firing process that steams the tea leaves for a shorter period of time compared to other green teas. This results in a lighter and fresher taste with a subtle sweetness and a slight astringency. Teafy Asamushi Sencha has a mix of sweetness and vegetal notes, a light yellow-green color, and a smooth, velvety texture. It's commonly enjoyed in Japan as a daily beverage and pairs well with light and refreshing foods such as sushi and sashimi.
